A peaceful environment where our clients can focus on work, find themselves being productive while still enjoying the companionship of other diversified working colleagues. We provide the digital and business technology needed to be efficient and effective in business while creating a location where symbiotic business relationships may flourish.

In need of a break?
Tired of working and need a little hike to reenergize? Enjoy a walk to the lake, we are that close. Looking for something to eat? You are walking distance from several eateries. Enjoy a meal from Panda Express or Five Guys Burger. Riva Grill and Artemis Lakefront Cafe, both sit-down restaurants, are in the Ski Run Marina. The Ski Run Center at the corner includes The Red Hut (a coffee shop and ice cream parlor), and Good Fellas Pizza (nice salad bar). Walk south, up Ski Run Blvd, to the Thai On Ski Run restaurant.
On Fridays in the summer we have our own local Farmers Market just a couple of blocks from The Forest along Ski Run Blvd.
Co-Shared Work Spaces Available
We want our co-shared space users to feel and work in comfort, so we are providing working stations for a small number of individuals in our cozy Forest.
Open Spaces: The Retreat has two work stations and The Meadow has four table desks.
Desks: Desks are located only in The Den and The Nest. The Den and Nest are both semi-private offices with two desks each.
Private Single Occupancy room: The Cocoon is our private Skype/Zoom meeting room, however, you can also rent the entire room.
Meeting Room: The Meadow is a dual-purpose space where individuals can use a table-desk. The entire room can also be reserved for a group meeting. Advance scheduling is required to use it for a group meeting.
Private Office: by special arrangement only.
All Co-shared workspaces include WiFi, or semi-private IP address, faxing, printing and copying, coffee, tea, water, and the occasional snack.
More About Work Spaces
Location
A cabin-like building at 1060 Ski Run Blvd #200 South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.
We are at the corner of Ski Run and Forest Avenue just two blocks from the corner of Highway 50 and Ski Run Blvd.
Reserved Time Slots
8 AM to 12 noon and 1 to 5 PM (half days), 8 AM to 5 PM (full day)
Clean-up time is provided at 12 PM and at 5 PM. These hours will give our co-shared space users time to collect their belongings and tidy up leaving the area ready for the next co-shared space user.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Evening and weekends are by special arrangement only.
Security
Coded locks allow only co-shared space users into The Forest.
For the protection of our co-shared space users, cameras are located throughout the premises. Before leaving the suite you can view the outside of the building on our 55” TV in The Meadow and make certain it is safe to exit. We have had an occasional forest creature visit such as a local bear.
Hours and Reservations
Reserve and pay for your time slots.
Reserved time slots are from 8 AM to 12 noon, 1 to 5 PM (half days) and 8 AM to 5 PM (full day)
Clean-up time at 12 PM and 5 PM. These hours will give our users time to collect their belongings and tidy up the area before leaving.
